What is Packaging?

When someone asks you to think of the word “packaging”, you will likely think of the packaging on a product of sort. Perhaps the packaging from your sandwich or drink you bought at lunch time, or the packaging for the clothes you recently ordered online. You probably don’t think of boxes, tape and bubble wrap. Packaging is the technology of enclosing or protecting products for storage, distribution, sale and use. It can be described as a coordinated system of preparing goods for transport, warehousing, logistics, sale and end use.
